NIB, Open Box, Pulls and Refurbished
NIB
The term NIB, or New In Box are used to describe system bases or chassis that are sealed inside manufacturer box, have never been opened and have never been used. Unless otherwise requested, each system is opened for testing, inspection and may require custom configuration or upgrades, per customer specifications. Custom integration and system upgrades may include components that are either new system pulls, refurbished, depending on your preference.
NEW OPEN BOX
The term Open Box, or New Open Box, or Unused Open Box is used to describe system bases or chassis that are unused equipment and may have never been used. Unless otherwise requested, each system is opened for testing, inspection and may require custom configuration or upgrades, per customer specifications. Custom integration and system upgrades may include components that are either new system pulls, refurbished, depending on your preference.
PULLS
The term Pulls, or Bulk, or System Pulls, or Unused Pulls are generally used to describe components are either removed from usually Unused Systems that were reconfigured to meet a customers needs or unused surplus equipment. The components were just installed and in many cases generally never even used. Our warranties can range from 90 days to 3 years. Smart customers that take advantage of pulls and surplus components can save anywhere from 10 to 90% or more!
REFURBISHED
The terms Refurbished, or Pre-Owned, or Used are generally used to describe systems or products that have been returned by customers as trade-in, upgrades, or off-lease. The majority of these equipment are generally NOT DEFECTIVE, more than 95% in some cases! These products are fully inspected, vigorously tested and professionally repackaged. Our warranties can range from 90 days to 1 year. Smart customers that take advantage of these refurbished deals can save anywhere from 20 to 90% or more!
